Susan Falk is the Founder and CEO of SF&B, LLC, a woman‑owned IT hardware and technology sourcing firm that partners with universities, manufacturers, federal prime contractors, and government agencies. As a CPA (inactive) with more than 25 years of leadership experience across finance, operations, and strategic planning, Susan brings a disciplined, data‑driven approach to procurement, compliance, and sustainable growth. Under her leadership, SF&B has become a trusted, agile alternative to large distributors—valued for competitive pricing, responsiveness, and solutions that simplify technology sourcing while delivering long‑term value.

David is a seasoned IT and Security sales professional with 15 years of experience navigating the fast-paced world of technology solutions. He thrives on building genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues while tackling the constant evolution and challenges of the cybersecurity and IT landscape.
Based in Winchester, Virginia, David lives with his wife, children, and beloved dogs, where family time and outdoor adventures keep life balanced and grounded. An avid outdoorsman, he loves hitting the trails for a challenging hike, casting a line while fishing, or escaping to the sunny shores of the Gulf of Mexico for family vacations whenever he can break away.

Tom Stamulis is the CEO and President of True North Group, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in cybersecurity. A U.S. Army Signal Corps and Military Intelligence veteran with over 25 years of experience, Tom served as a Counterintelligence Agent and Senior Intelligence Systems Architect, designing critical network infrastructure for combat operations during Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom.
Before founding True North in 2018, he was a Senior Director for Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Cyber Risk Services and spent nine years leading Verizon’s global Security Management Program.
Tom holds a B.S. in Cybersecurity Policy and Management alongside CISSP, CISM, and CRISC certifications. An award-winning entrepreneur, he serves on the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber board and lives in Winchester, VA.
Sales Team

Paul LaRock joined SF&B 15 years ago at its inception. While he has built a strong foundation of IT knowledge over his sales career, Paul attributes his success to building trust-based relationships and consistently prioritizing his customers’ needs.
He has developed an extensive vendor network covering everything from IT equipment to warehouse supplies, janitorial goods, and hardware. Known for answering his phone, providing quick details, and delivering reliable results, Paul is dedicated to making his customers’ lives easier.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys fishing, grilling, and tackling home projects. Most often, you’ll find him relaxing in the garage with his fiancée, Celeste, their two boxers (Grizz and Gator), a beer, and some tunes.

Joe Dahlinger began his career after the COVID-19 shutdowns disrupted his time at university, pushing him to pursue greater opportunities in the workforce.
Known for his strong communication and proactive problem-solving, Joe focuses on addressing issues before they arise and maintaining clear, reliable relationships with clients and vendors. In his first year in the industry, he secured 68 DLA contracts—an achievement that reflects both his work ethic and results-driven approach. Colleagues and customers alike know him as someone who is straightforward, dependable, and focused on continuous growth.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys weightlifting and spending time with family. He is also active in his church, where he participates in a men’s ministry and community activities.

Jared Smith began his career in IT with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, gaining first-hand experience working inside a federal environment. Known for being responsive and detail-oriented, he values clear communication and strong working relationships. Outside of work, Jared enjoys golfing, endurance running—including marathon training—and is actively involved in leading a young adults group at his local church.

As a native Texan, Nicole Brantley brings more than 15 years of experience delivering customized, forward-thinking IT solutions to K–12 and higher education institutions, as well as state and local government agencies across multiple states. She has successfully collaborated with vendors, IT integrators, manufacturers, project managers, and engineers to ensure every solution is thoughtfully designed and precisely executed to meet each client’s unique needs.
Outside of her professional work, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her family and staying active through trail running and hiking.

Donna McEntire brings more than 18 years of experience in account management — and a genuine passion for building strong, lasting relationships. She began her career at AT&T, where she spent over a decade as a Project Manager supporting telecommunications, voice services, and procurement initiatives. Along the way, she managed several large and complex enterprise accounts, including Bear Stearns, Tyco International, Merrill Lynch, and Waste Management.
Her career naturally evolved into account management roles in development and construction, manufacturing, and she also owned a Culture Development business helping organizations strengthen leadership, communication, and team culture before joining SF&B LLC.
With more than 18 years of hands-on account experience, and multiple industries, Donna’s focus has always been the same: show up, solve problems, and be someone her clients can rely on.
When she’s not working, Donna is happiest outdoors—riding her bike, hiking in the Rockies, paddle boarding, or enjoying a sunny afternoon at a local brewery with friends. Donna is also a proud alumnus of the University of Northern Colorado.
